The NTG-2 is an ultra-light condenser micro-gun, designed for professional use in the film, video, television and production industries. It offers an electronically balanced output level and operates either on internal 1.5 V (AA) power supply or on 48 V phantom power in P48 standard. Wide bandwidth and controllable directivity coupled with the low level of noise generated by its SMT electronics make the NTG-2 the ideal choice for film, video and dubbing. The great lightness of the NTG-2 also makes it ideal for mounting directly on video cameras or extension poles. It is delivered with a support and a windscreen which effectively suppresses any wind noise in case of external recording under normal conditions.
