302 SOUND DEVICES MIXER

The 302 is a very compact field mixer with 3 microphone inputs, which interfaces with wireless transmitters and receivers, camera audio inputs of all kinds, and external audio recorders. Its microphone inputs have the same circuit as all Sound Devices field production tools, and are balanced by transformer. All the commands are accessible from its three main surfaces, there are no hidden commands. The high-efficiency power circuit operates the mixer from three internal AA batteries or from external 5-18 V DC current.

The inputs are switchable between microphone level, with transformer symmetry (Lundahl), and line level. Features include continuous gain controls, coarse and fine, high pass filter, pan switches, limiters on inputs and outputs, stereo and MS coupling of channels 1 and 2, phantom power (48 / 12 V) or "T" switchable by channel and listening to the headphones of channel taken before fader. Multiple outputs are available at the microphone and line level (symmetrical), as well as a complete selection of headphones, plus LED indicators readable in the sun with exclusive ballistics selected by software. An integrated MS stereo matrix is ​​included.
